A Note to Established Patients
It has been a privilege to care for so many of you and build meaningful relationships through your gynecologic care. These relationships matter deeply to me, and since we have announced our transition to Direct Specialty Care, you all have shared that you feel the same.
For those of you that would like to continue this relationship, but are not yet ready for concierge, we have created a limited Legacy Patient Pay As You Go Membership available ONLY to patients who have already established care with the practice.
**Because we are intentionally maintaining a smaller patient panel to allow for longer visits and better access, space will be limited and offered on a first-come basis.

Concierge Memberships
Our Concierge Membership are designed for women who want continuous support and expanded access to care throughout every stage of life. Please see our membership options page for details on what’s included and pricing for our Concierge Memberships.
Pay-As-You-Go Membership
(Legacy Patients Only)
Best suited for patients who primarily need annual well-woman visits or occasional gynecologic care. Currently ONLY available for our established patients.
Registration fee: $150 ($75 if registered prior to April 1, 2026)
Once registered, visits may be scheduled as needed.
Per Visit Pricing
Gynecology visit with Dr. Hodges (30 minutes) – $300
Primary care visit with our Physician Assistant (30 minutes) – $200
What’s included with Pay-As-You-Go Membership
- Comprehensive gynecologic care with a board-certified OB-GYN and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner
- Routine primary care and preventative services with our Physician Assistant
- 30-minute appointments designed to minimize wait times and allow meaningful discussion
- Telehealth visits when clinically appropriate
- Secure patient portal access for communication with staff
- In-office phlebotomy with discounted lab pricing
- Coordination with an extensive network of specialists when needed
This option does not include the expanded access, unlimited visits, or direct physician communication available through concierge membership.
Additional Helpful Information
- Patients may still be able to use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services – but will need to confirm with their HSA provider.
- If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
- You may still use your insurance benefits for labs, imaging, medications, and any referrals/services performed outside our office that are within your insurance network.
