NEW PATIENTS: A caring staff member will call you at the number provided within 1 week of your submitted inquiry. If you would like to speak with someone sooner, please call the office.

There is a late fee of $25 for late cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, and a no-show fee of $50 for missed appointments without notice. New patients that no-show will not have the privilege of scheduling another appointment.
